Awards always are inspiring and the most intuitive way to make the business productive and growing. For the sake of simplicity and comprehension, I would like to categorize awards for a business in two major folds: External & Internal.
  • External Awards are for the recognition of the entire business as an entity that receiving an award. For instance, The Best Workplace awards, The Best Company awards, and so on at different levels.
  • Internal Awards are for the recognition of employees and customers belonging to or deal with the business. For example, the best employees of the year, the best team award, and the best customer awards. 
Keeping both categories of awards for a business, I am going to illustrate how awards can grow your business to the next level if the program is implemented righteously. I try to give you top-ten reasons regarding it.

If you think only start-ups are running after the business awards in their business community to get recognition are reap other compensations come with an award, you might be wrong here. 
SMBs, big brands, and even huge enterprises or organizations are thirsty to have various awards to sustain and grow in the niche market.

  • Size of the company
  • Revenue earned
  • Maturity level
It means everyone has some room to fit in a category and subcategory to compete with companies with equal strength or capacities. It increases the chances of winning an award for all levels of companies.

NRL Trophy - A detailed Guide

The countdown for the NRL Draw – 2020 has begun in days now. A thrill is smuggling in the air and will be heightened on the 12th March 2020 with the onset of the NRL competition for season-2020. The entire schedule has planned out well and execution of the same took place from bottom to top levels.
News of practicing players and preparations in stadiums are flashing in the media here & there. In these exciting moments, talking about NRL (National Rugby League) makes some sense and is an inviting thing. Let’s know NRL and NRL trophy at a glance.

What Is the NRL Trophy?

The National Rugby League (NRL) is a rugby league club competition in Australia. It is a top-level domestic rugby competition governed by an independent commission. It contains 15 teams from Australia and one from New Zealand.

  • According to Wikipedia, “The New South Wales Rugby League (NSWRL) ran the major rugby league competition of New South Wales from its inception in 1908 until 1994.” 
  • The expansion of NSWRL has taken place with interstate competitions by the inclusion of teams from other states.
  • With the introduction of commercial sponsorship and Winfield Cup, the State of Origin series in the 1980s brought interest in Rugby competitions in Australia, hence the entire sports world.
  • Eventually, in 1995, the reign of premiership passed from NSWRL to ARL (Australian Rugby League) governing body.
  • With the invitation of four more teams outside NSW, a demise occurred, which led to the formation of truly national competition.
  • ARL & News Ltd. Jointly formed the National Rugby League (NRL) in Australia in 1998. 
  • The club merging trend begun during the 1998-2002 period brought a short era of rationalization. 
  • After 2003, the NRL achieved record popularity in the rugby game world. Thousands of spectators have watched the game in the stadium and millions outside of the stadium thanks to TV broadcasting and upsurge of the internet. 
  • After 2010, a new and independent commission ARLC (Australian Rugby League Corporation) has formed with the agreement of ARL & News Corporation under the hood of the Australian government body managing sports affairs. Rules and details of the competitions have framed jointly. 

Season Structure of NRL Championship:

  • Pre-season: It includes All-Stars Match, Auckland Nines, and World Club Challenge.
  • Premiership Season: It begins with the onset of winter in March and games played every weekend for 25 weeks.
  • Representative Season: It is laying for the clubs in the premiership as per the schedule of the NRL calendar for the entire rugby game season. 
Finals series are playing among the eight highest placed teams at the end of the regular season in September. Finally, two last teams are remaining to compete for the NRL championship trophy in October that is known as a grand finale.
